A nurse advocate helps you understand your health, coordinates your appointments, communicates with your doctors and specialists, and speaks up for you when something doesn't seem right. Suzy is your guide and your voice. You stay in charge of every decision.
Does Ruby's Haven replace my doctor?
No. Suzy works alongside your doctors and specialists. She helps you prepare for visits, makes sure you understand what was said, and keeps everyone on the same page.
Is membership covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?
Membership is private pay. Advocacy services generally aren't covered by insurance. Suzy can help you apply for and use the benefits you qualify for, including Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP.
Which plan is right for me?
Amethyst fits most people who want steady monitoring and someone checking in. Ruby adds RN consultations and planning before a procedure. Emerald covers the full surgery journey, including recovery at home. Your free consultation is the best place to decide.
My family lives out of town. Can you still help?
Yes. Many families hire an advocate because they can't be there in person. Suzy keeps the family you choose updated after visits and appointments.
What happens during the free consultation?
Suzy listens. You'll talk through your health situation, current providers, medications, and what's been most stressful. You'll leave knowing which plan fits and what the first steps would be.
